In order to accelerate your re-registration you will receive your login details via your email address. Please note that the email will come from ‘Your Healthcare Provider’ and not The New Surgery.
You will note that there are a number of providers listed for you to choose from, we have undertaken our tests on Patient Access and can provide the following step by step instructions which you may choose to follow.
For ease of reference we have listed the stages below:
- Go to the Patient Access website
- Click to register
- Enter the Surgery postcode of CT19 5SR and search
- Highlight The New Surgery Folkestone and continue
- Click yes to say you have received your registration letter
- Enter your Linkage Key and ODS Code detailed in your letter
- Enter your personal details and continue
- It will then ask you for your email address and to create a password
- Accept the Terms & Conditions, then click to register and create account
- You should receive the following message ‘Your Patient Access account has been created and linked to you Practice’
- Click sign in to access your account
The following services will not be available to you at present:
- Messages – Although you can leave a message when ordering medication as was available before
- Medical Records
