At the New Surgery our patients’ views are important to us. We are looking to re-start the PPG following COVID restrictions.
This group enables patients to be more involved with the practice.

At this meeting we are looking to elect patients for the three positions below:

If you are interested in joining the group, please complete and return the Signing Up For Patient Participation Group form and a Confidentiality Agreement from the document section. These can also be collected from reception.
