We are operating TELEPHONE TRIAGE APPOINTMENTS and an ONLINE e-CONSULT service.

You will not be able to attend the surgery unless you have spoken to a Clinician and they have arranged an appointment for you.

APPOINTMENTS:

Please call the surgery to arrange a telephone consultation OR submit an eConsultant via this website.

PRESCRIPTIONS:

Where possible please submit your repeat medication requests via our website or email them to:

KMCCG.thenewsurgeryadmin@nhs.net  allowing 72 hours, three working days, for these to be ready for collection at your nominated pharmacy

RESULTS:

It remains your responsibility to make contact for your results.
