Due to a national computer connectivity issue we have only recently gained access to our clinical computer system and website.
Our clinicians are working to contact patients who had pre-booked telephone appointments from 8.30 am this morning. Unfortunately there will delays to our usual service today.
Issuing prescriptions may also be delayed, please bear with us whilst we catch up. We will try to keep to our usual 72 hours, three working days, response time. Due to the forthcoming Bank Holiday we have seen an increase in requests too.
